Building Malta's Legacy Together;

The Honey Badger Legacy Gala Charity Boxing and Festival is an ambitious community initiative designed to bring people together through sport, innovation, technology, entertainment and social responsibility.

More than a single event, our vision is to establish an annual festival that unites businesses, families, athletes, educators and community organisations in support of creating a permanent Honey Badger Youth Club and No Guilt Cafe Community Hub. By combining a charity fight night at the center, Providing technology experiences, esports, family attractions, a plant-based food village, hospitality and community engagement. We aim to create a anual destination event offering something meaningful for every visitor and every partner.

We are inviting a select group of organisations to become Founding Partners in helping create a lasting community legacy that inspires opportunity, inclusion and positive change for future generations.

Please Note: The Honey Badger Community Hub is currently in its pre-launch asset accumulation phase. There is currently no active physical restaurant or storefront location.

To achieve complete financial independence, Our organization operates on a "Holy Trinity" Social Enterprise Model—a three-part, interconnected ecosystem where commercial revenues entirely eliminate the need for ongoing charitable handouts.

A quirky boutique 24/7 cafe sanctuary. The No Guilt Cafe eatery closes  for 3 hours to the public every day to open as a soup kitchen. It generates constant commercial cash flow local for youth and the needy. to fund the charity. Reinvested into new Youth programs.

Our Sequential Launch Strategy:

1. Phase 1 (January 8, 2027): The International Honey Badger Legacy Gala Charity Boxing and Festival runs first to generate the necessary, legally compliant startup capital strictly via ticket sales and corporate branding sponsorships.

2. Phase 2 (Post-Event): This independent revenue is used to secure the commercial lease and execute the physical build-out of our unified        St. Paul's Bay premises.

   3. Phase 3 (The Holy Trinity Launch): Once open, the combined daily commercial profits of The Rogue Coffee Shop and the No-Guilt-Café legally will permanently fund the growth, and equipment, for the Honey Badger Charity Youth Club. Creating free community programs. 

 

​​​​The Honey Badger Charity Youth Club community hub is currently setting the groundwork. As we planning toward securing a historic building in St. Paul’s Bay, We are building our inventory

to ensure we can open our doors with a fully equipped community hub from day one.

 

​Currently we are accepting physical donations for our 'Startup Stock,' Including more board games and four additional coffee machines for our No-Guilt Cafe. We have all ready collected many items  from donations in stock., Any additional physical donations will be greatly appreciated and will assist in a succesful launch.  By contributing equipment now, you help us lower our initial setup costs. Ensuring that every euro raised from our upcoming Boxing Charity Event goes directly towards acquiring and procuring the community hub.

This will be a innovative community hub in San Pawl's Bay that will transform the way locals connect, dine, and support one another. This visionary charity project will combine three essential elements: the main element, the Honey Badger Charity Youth Club; No Guilt Cafe; and a  24/7 hour coffee shop called the Rogue, all housed in a single community hub. God willing, it will be situated in a historic building awaiting restoration to its former glory. Local Youths desperately need a venue with character and a restoration project to run the club. Hopefully, an abandoned building will be turned into a Youth Club and a new community hub.

• Honey Badger Charity Youth Club – mentoring, sports, activities and community programmes for young people.

• No Guilt Cafe – a healthy plant-based restaurant where profits help fund our charitable work while providing free meals to those in need through referral programmes.

• The Rogue Coffee Shop – a welcoming café designed to bring the community together while generating sustainable income for our projects.

Together, these initiatives will create one of Malta's most innovative community hubs, ensuring our services remain affordable, accessible, and sustainable for years to come.

​To help make this vision a reality, we are launching the Honey Badger Charity Legacy Gala—an annual charity boxing event and community  festival that will raise funds towards securing our permanent home.

More than a sporting event, it will become a celebration of community spirit while providing businesses with an outstanding opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to corporate social responsibility.
